At Bench, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new gear isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Bench brand tags and labels are still attached.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
